Experiences with species

After some brief glimpses of Northern Giant Petrels on my 2008 pelagic trip, it was great to see them again close up, and then see them alongside their Southern counterparts. Tobie even managed to get a shot with both species in one fram, clearly showing the difference in the colour of the tip of the bill .
