Experiences with species This was one of my much sought after birds. I eventually saw one in Nigeria in 2007, however had yet to add it to my Southern African list. In February 2008 I joined a group for a quick weekend drive to look for Crab Plover at Richards Bay and Pacific Golden Plover at Muzi Pan. We had success on the Plovers and also had great views of an Osprey at Richards Bay, followed by another interacting with a Fish Eagle in Mkhuze Game Reserve. Other names: - |
