Experiences with species A bird I have not encountered too often. After a trip to Sterkfontein dam my wife and I travelled the more rural roads through the Free State picking up specials such as Botha's and Pink-Billed Larks, seeing these guys was a bonus. They generally prefer higher ground and are fairly common in Suikerbosrand. Other names: - |
