Experiences with species This Lark varies widely in plumage, and has three identified subspecies, in a relatively small geographic range. I still need the 3rd, having seen the nominate race at Aus, as well as the patae subspecies around Port Nolloth, where they seemingly hybridise with Karoo Larks.
