Experiences with species
Black-eared Sparrowlarks are notoriously difficult to get close to, and being fairly nomadic, it is hard to know where to look for them. This October morning in Karoo,
after briefly seeing the first small group, we were inundated with them, some flocks numbering over 100 birds.
