Experiences with species This was almost like getting a lifer. I had last seen Brown Robins in Umhlanga Nature Reserve back in the 1980's. The stop at Iphiva was specifically to look for this bird and get some pics, so getting it in the St. Lucia forest quite easily, and then about to take the tent down, treated to this view right next to our campsite. As I sat photographing the bird, a Woodward's Batis popped into view, as did a Yellow bellied Greenbul. Other names: - |
