Experiences with species These Warblers are fairly common in the Karoo, with a distinctive call. They had become regular sightings in an area known as "Boons Road" - this is a hop, skip and a jump from the Gauteng border - so I started scouring similar habitat on side roads leading back into Gauteng - I was finally succesful in September 2020.
